Saskatchewan is the world’s biggest lentil exporter yet a lot of people in the province don’t cook with them.
It’s the reason behind the FunDeLentil Tour which is putting lentils in the spotlight this month in Canada. There are 24 restaurants across seven cities, including three in Saskatoon, that are showcasing the high-protein pulse.
